This list consists of small and simple things that bring me immediate joy. I got this idea when I encountered a serendipity, I couldn’t help thinking, wow, wouldn’t it be great if it happened again? Then I dawned on me, well, instead of waiting for it to happen, what if I made it happen? So I started to be mindful of my positive experiences and took notes. Brainstorming things to put on this list brings me so much joy. It reminds me of how many good things are in my life and that I have the power to create experiences I truly love.

It's serendipitous because a lot of times things just happens organically. I put the list in my Asana project. Whenever I happen to do something from this list, I would mark it done, and recreate the same to-do. In the evening when I check my done list, I would celebrate these serendipities.

It’s intentional because when I notice I am feeling down, I will refer to the list and pick a few things to quickly lift my mood. I notice that it’s quite hard to come up with things like this when my mood is clouded, so having a list of things that have worked in the past comes in handy.
