[Update] After publishing this article, I read a leaked memo on LinkedIn from Elon Musk at Tesla. He made some really good points, so I will include his advice first:

My colleague Ryan S. shared this article with our team. It’s similar to Elon Musk’ ideas, but it came with astonishing examples of how Jobs executed his ideas relentlessly. For example, he declined a meeting with Obama when he learned the attendee list was too long.
I also learned that Sheryl Sandberg kept most of her meetings 10-mins long, which sounds bold but super efficient. I now want to rethink about the minimum unit to measure and use my time.
